"Anchored" can be defined as a physical anchor dropped in the water and tied to the boat, a GPS trolling motor that is "spot locked" into one position, or a contestant that has Power Poles/Talons deployed.

WEIGH-IN AND POST-TOURNAMENT
A) At tournament ending time, contestants must be back at designated weigh-in site by designated time. Tournament Director will call roll of contestants at official ending time and weigh-in will begin as shortly thereafter as possible. Anyone weighing in a short fish will forfeit all weight for that tournament. Before official weigh-in time, the Tournament Director will measure fish at contestant's request to determine if it is of legal length. Once official weigh-in time has arrived, the Tournament Director will not measure fish to determine if it is of legal length. The contestant will be totally responsible for legal length.
B) All tournament weights will be kept individually. State bag limits will apply.
C) All state and federal fishing laws will be in effect. Only Kentucky, small mouth, and/or largemouth bass will be weighed. State length limits will apply.
D) Each contestant must weigh in his or her own fish at the designated time. Any exceptions will be left to the discretion of the Tournament Director.
E) All fish must be brought to the weigh-in site in a bag of water so that they may stay as healthy as possible.
F) There will be a penalty of 0.50 pounds assessed for each dead fish weighed in. The 0.50 pound penalty applies to determine total tournament weight, Big Bass pot, and six-pound pot winners.
G) All tournament fish will be released back into tournament lake with the exception of dead or trophy fish.
