UPCOMING EVENTS

 

  • The next club meeting will be on Thursday, February 5th. We meet at Fun-N-Sun Boats & Tackle in Cleburne. The Meeting will begin at 6:00pm (due to Fun-N-Sun winter hours). All CBC members present at the meeting will be able to receive a discount on any tackle or apparel purchased during the meeting. 



  • The next club tournament will be on Sunday, February 8th. Tournament lake and hours will be voted on at the February 5th meeting.


  • The first open team tournament of 2026 will be on Sunday, March 29th. Tournament lake will be voted on at the March 5th meeting. Tournament hours will be safe light until 1:30pm. Click on the "Open Tournaments" tab above for more details.

  • 1/11/26 - Congratulations to today's club tournament winners on Cedar Creek Reservoir. We had 21 members fish today and here are the results:
  • 1st Place - Gary Martin with 20.05 pounds
  • 2nd Place - Marti Williams with 18.06 pounds
  • 3rd Place - Brad Fiman with 15.96 pounds
  • 4th Place - Dean Skinner with 14.77 pounds
  • 5th place - Greg Williams with 12.41 pounds
  • 1st Place Big Bass - Greg Williams with a huge 8.66 pounder!

  • Jeramy Floyd - Largest bass of the year weighing 9.17 pounds coming out of Lake Waco in March!
  • Lamar Hull - 2024 Non-boater Angler Of The Year with 156 points!

  • 11/8/25 and 11/19/25 - This weekend was C.B.C.'s year-end tournament on Lake Fork for the 30 members that qualified. Here are the results:
  • 1st Place - Greg Williams with 15.82 pounds
  • 2nd Place - Jake McWhirter with 15.53 pounds
  • 3rd Place - Marti Williams with 15.04 pounds
  • 4th - Kevin Smith with 14.87 pounds
  • 5th - Mike Brown with 14.70 pounds
  • 6th - Anthony Susa with 13.72 pounds
  • 1st Place Big Bass - Kevin Smith with a nice under slot weighing 2.62 pounds!
  • 2nd Place Big Bass - Dylan Susa with a nice under slot weighing 2.47 pounds!
